Online gambling software provider SOFTSWISS announced that it has recently further upgraded its Game Aggregator’s B2B Support services to now process VIP client requests.
The company said that its aggregation platform’s newly improved support system is set to adhere to previously implemented principles of providing the “best, most transparent, top quality service to all clients.”
SOFTSWISS rolled out its B2B Client Support service last year. Following its recent upgrades, it will now include several priority queues for helpdesk tickets, with those being labeled urgent, VIP client requests, and regular requests.
Generally speaking, the B2B agents will be sorting out urgent tickets, including fraud suspicion and game provider bet checks, first. VIP client requests are ranked second and then come all other regular requests.
Via its helpdesk, the B2B Support team is tasked with constantly improving the quality and speed of service. SOFTSWISS has explained that, on average, regular clients receive first response to their requests within an hour. VIP clients will now receive first response much sooner as they will be considered express priority.
The complete resolution of a case depends on its complexity, but SOFTSWISS has noted that the majority of issues reported by clients are resolved on the same or the next day. Requests from the VIP queue will be handled by the most experienced B2B Support agents, the company has promised.
