Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in D’Iberville, Mississippi has just unveiled the latest addition to its casino offering – a brand new VIP Lounge for its top-tier players.
In a press release from earlier this week, the property said that its new space aims to redefine the high-end gaming experience by catering to players with three different areas, each boasting its own unique design.
The newly launched VIP Lounge is open seven days a week. It is exclusive to E.I.P. and Scarlet card holders in the resort’s Pearl Rewards loyalty program. Pearl Rewards is a five-tier rewards program and each level comes with bigger and better benefits for cardholders.
Scarlet and E.I.P. (short for Extremely Important Player) are the program’s top tiers. Players need to earn 150,000 tier points to be issued a Scarlet card and 150,000 tier points per quarter to gain E.I.P. status. As per the loyalty program’s terms $1 coin-in is equal to one tier point on reel slots and $3 coin-in is equal to one tier point on video poker machines.
Scarlet Pearl has spent $4 million on its VIP Lounge. The new facility continues the property’s investment into high-end player experience.
Yet Another Reason for Guests to Visit the Property
Commenting on the latest addition to their services, Scarlet Pearl CEO LuAnn Pappas said that their VIP Lounge continues their mission to “deliver the best experience, impeccable service and fantastic amenities to our E.I.P and Scarlet Players.”
The property’s top official went on to say that they appreciate that their visitors can gamble anywhere around the state and that the new VIP facility offers guests one more reason to visit their property.
Players need a personalized RFID card to enter through gilded wood doors and into the VIP Lounge. They are welcomed to a chevron marble floor and a gravity-defying bar that curves all the way into the ceiling.
Light fare cuisine is available upon order in the adjacent dining room with a buffet that offers everything from charcuterie to an assortment of fine desserts. E.I.P. card holders are also offered access into the Parlor – a plush salon that was inspired by the private clubs of the early 1900s.
Ms. Pappas said that they are “incredibly proud” of the amenities and services the VIP Lounge exemplifies and that it is their goal to “let the country know the Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort delivers unparalleled VIP experiences.”
Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort opened doors in late 2015. The property has been privately owned since its launch. Over the past five and a half years, it has invested more than $35 million into various improvements of the experience it offers to its visitors and guests, including a multi-tier parking garage, a retail sportsbook, the Frankly My Dear boutique, Lounge Nocherie, and Amy Pizza.
The $4-million VIP Lounge is part of the resort’s $8-million project to enhance VIP player experience.
