Greentube, a division of NOVOMATIC Interactive, has rolled out an upgraded version of its B2B social casino platform and Australian casino operator The Star Entertainment Group has become the provider’s first client to integrate the solution.
Greentube Pro 2.0, as the newly released product is called, was crafted by Greentube subsidiary Bluebat Games.
This marketing solution was built with the aim to help global land-based gambling venues stay connected with their patrons by engaging them with dedicated online social casino offering. Greentube said that its tweaked and bolstered social gaming product will enable its partners to provide highly engaging monetization features that will maximize revenue and enhance the experience offered to players for improved retention levels.
The games and related features that the new Greentube Pro 2.0 platform offers have a proven track record in the social casino vertical and have been adapted to better suit the expectations and needs of real-money casino players at land-based gaming establishments.
The upgraded social casino solution’s game library comprises more than 180 gaming titles from five leading industry suppliers. Greentube promised that new games and features will be uploaded and made available to clients gradually.
The Star Entertainment Becomes First Client to Integrate New Solution
A Greentube client quickly integrated the upgraded platform soon after its launch. Australian casino operator The Star Entertainment Group, owner of Sydney’s only land-based casino, has just gone live with Greentube Pro 2.0 in a bid to bolster its social gaming offering as well as marketing capabilities.
Greentube said Wednesday that all its existing clients are expected to have migrated to the new solution by the end of this year’s third quarter.
News that the company has further improved its social casino offering emerge shortly after it announced that it has acquired Dutch multi-platform casino content maker Eurocoin Interactive ahead of the upcoming opening of the local iGaming market.
Of the new Greentube Pro 2.0 solution, company COO Georg Gubo said that with it they want to provide a product to land-based casinos that allows them to engage their patrons outside their physical premises with the type of content they would not be able to play unless they are on the gaming floor.
The official went on to say that they have never offered content that is more relevant as retail properties are forced to stay closed almost everywhere. But with Greentube 2.0, operators can engage their players and increase their loyalty until they are able to return to real-money action at the actual casinos.
Bluebat Games VP of Product & Managed Services Miruna Bicoli said that they are excited to have released this enhanced product and that while building it, their main focus was on improving the CRM and offer their clients “premium tools and features that will maximize their revenue and help boost player engagement.”
